We are proud to share that Coal City Elementary School has earned the Exemplary School designation from the Illinois State Board of Education—placing us among the top 10 percent of elementary schools in the state. This recognition reflects our school’s unwavering commitment to academic excellence and student success.

As principal, I am incredibly proud of our students who show up each day ready to learn and do their best, and of our dedicated faculty and staff who work tirelessly to create a positive, engaging, and fun learning environment for every child.
