Principal's Newsletter
What a fun Homecoming Week we had at CCES! It was wonderful seeing our students showing their Coaler spirit and participating in all of our special dress-up days. Thank you to our families for helping make the week so much fun!
We also want to send a HUGE thank you to everyone who participated in our Penny Wars! Every penny, coin, and dollar helped support a great cause, and we are so appreciative of our CCES families for joining in the fun and giving back.
Coming up this Week:
Thursday, October 8: We will wear red for Fire Prevention Week. We will also practice a fire drill with the Coal City Fire Department.
Friday, October 9: Our Literati Book Fair begins! Third grade students will have their shopping day on Friday. We are excited for a week filled with books, reading, and plenty of new favorites!
Thank you for another wonderful week at CCES. We appreciate all of the support, enthusiasm, and Coaler pride our families bring to our school community!
